LINDA MULLENS

Advisory Council

About Linda

Linda’s career with the Oregon forest service in wildlife, fishery, and botany spans 35 years. Her passion for environmental education and interpretation, especially with youth, has led to the development of youth camps and a mobile science trailer for two non-profit organizations.

Linda joined Adopt-a-Village to assist with communication projects, agricultural research, and to promote Mayan arts and crafts. Linda and her partner, Dave, traveled to Guatemala in 2015 and volunteered at Maya Jaguar High School, where they experienced firsthand the enthusiastic and gracious spirit of the Mayan children, as well as the acute needs of the indigenous families in the region.
