FRANCISCO FRANCISCO PABLO

Teacher Intern

Mayan Center for Development and Education

Francisco Francisco Pablo is graduate of Maya Jaguar. He attends the Universidad Panamericana de Guatemala part-time and works as an intern at Maya Jaguar, where he teaches computer classes to middle and high school students. Four days each month, he travels to Xoxlac middle school to manage their computer classes.

He is a Q’anjob’al Maya and comes from the village of Pojom, which requires a day and a half travel to Maya Jaguar.  Before he attended Maya Jaguar, he worked in a field from sun up to sun down to help support his family. Francisco has a tremendous thirst for learning, and he is dedicated and prepared teacher.  At only 22 years old, he has overcome many personal obstacles in order to earn an education. We see a bright future for Francisco, and we are thrilled to have him as a valued member of our extraordinary team of educators.
